The member is entitled to the Performance Bonus when the member's personal sales reaches 50PV and above.

A manager must maintain a personal sales volume of 200PV to be eligible for the plan's other benefits.
3. Personal Sales Bonus 5%

5% of Total Company Turnover (BV) (for each submission month) is allocated to be shared among members who achieve a minimum Personal Sales of 1,000PV.
4. Achievement Bonus 9%
9% of Total Company Turnover (BV) (for each submission month) is allocated to 3 Achievement Bonus Pool for the member who are qualified *.

1.5% of Total Company Turnover (BV) for each submission month is allocated as a Presidential Director Special Bonus for the qualified presidential director.

7. SMART PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTOR BONUS 3%+1%
a. Year End Bonus 3%

You will be entitled to unlimited levels of 3% Year End Bonus starting from the second (2nd) block until the second level of qualified managers of the qualified Smart Presidential Director (SPD) like you. |
b. Traveling Fund 1%
| 1) |
You must be a qualified Smart Presidential Director (SPD) who sponsors three (3) Direct or Indirect qualified Presidential Director (PD) from 3 different groups. |

You will be entitled to unlimited levels of 1% Traveling Fund starting from the second (2nd) block until the second level of qualified managers of the qualified Smart Presidential Director (SPD) like you, subject to a maximum of RM12,000.00 per year. |

If your Traveling Fund has reached the cap of RM12,000.00, any excess will be returned to the pool. |

| 4) |
The Traveling Fund is non-transferable. It only can be used by the qualifier, their spouse and parents. |
| |

| 5) |
Traveling Fund qualifiers must participate in the company organized trip. No cash will be issued in lieu of non-participation. |

|
| 6) |
If the trip is worth less than RM12,000.00, the company will issue the difference in the form of cash to the qualifier; however, when the cost is more than RM12,000.00, the qualifier must pay for the excess. |
